Experience
Dr. Hillman is Wisconsin native who completed his internal medicine training at Northwestern in Chicago and GI fellowship at the University of Wisconsin. He has been in practice for the past 4 years at both the University Hospital and VA. His focus at UW was in esophageal diseases with a special focus on eosinophilia esophagitis and esophageal motility disorders. Dr. Hillman was involved in fellow education for both clinic and endoscopic procedures winning the Education award in 2023 for developing an esophageal curriculum for fellows. He joined MNGI Digestive Health in 2024.

Personal Interests
Dr. Hillman an avid sports fan and am fortunately (or maybe unfortunately) a big Packer fan and am trying to make sure his daughters do not become Vikings fans while being raised in Minnesota.
