Experience
Dr. Phelan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston College and received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut. He performed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic – Rochester. He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Massachusetts.
Dr. Phelan is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American Gastroenterological Association.
